Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Profile tab
2. Tap Privacy & Data
3. Tap Delete Account
4. A confirmation dialog will appear: “Delete Your Account?” — tap Confirm
5. Type “DELETE” to permanently confirm
6. The app will sign you out and your account deletion will begin

There is also a “Download My Data” button on the same screen if you’d like to export your data before deleting your account (GDPR data export).

Request Deletion via Email

If you’re unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deletion is processed immediately. Here’s what happens behind the scenes:

1. Array references are cleaned — your player is removed from pairings, skins games, and wolf games
2. Historical scores are anonymised — your player ID is removed from scorecards, hole scores, and results, but the data is preserved to maintain competition integrity
3. Personal data is permanently deleted — push tokens, notifications, friendships, subscriptions, achievements, preferences, and all other personal information
4. Your player record and authentication account are deleted
5. Subscription data is removed — your RevenueCat subscriber record is also deleted

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
